Barclays system issue

Between Friday 31 January and Sunday 2 February 2025, our third-party provider, Barclays, was impacted by an IT system issue, affecting payments from some Secure Trust Bank Savings accounts.

You do not need to do anything. Funds from your requested withdrawal or closure on 31 January 2025 will be paid into your Nominated Account by close of business, 3 February 2025.

Unfortunately, your existing ISA provider would reject the transfer. We will contact you for the required information and resubmit the requested transfer.

If you know of any incorrect information, contact us as soon as possible, as we may be able to amend the transfer details before submitting it to your existing ISA provider.
