Between Friday 31 January and Sunday 2 February 2025, our third-party provider, Barclays, was impacted by an IT system issue, affecting payments from some Secure Trust Bank Savings accounts.
You do not need to do anything. Funds from your requested withdrawal or closure on 31 January 2025 will be paid into your Nominated Account by close of business, 3 February 2025.

You have 30 days from the account opening to fund your account. It will automatically close if you do not fund your account within this time.
For Fixed Rate Bonds and Cash ISAs, all payments must be received within 30 days of the account opening.
For Access Accounts and Notice Accounts, as long as you meet the minimum initial deposit within the first 30 days, you can make subsequent deposits at any time.
