Verify your details

It's really easy to verify your Nominated Account details. All you need to do is send us a photo (.jpg or .png) or a PDF of your bank statement.

The bank statement must show:

  • Your name - this can be first name and surname or initials and surname
  • Entity name (if applicable) as we hold it on the system (non-personal customers)
  • Bank details - the sort code, account number and name of the bank
  • Your address - this must match the address we hold on file
  • The date - this must be dated within last 3 months

The proof cannot be a:

  • letter from the bank
  • photograph of a screen
  • screenshot from an app or online

We can accept statements that:

  • are in joint names
  • are printed from the internet
  • have transaction information obscured

The bank details that have been provided will be applied to all accounts where we do not hold nominated account details
