Student accommodation investment
To help you invest in freehold or long leasehold student accommodation assets, with planning permission as student housing, including purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), we offer:
- Loan range: £2,000,000 - £45,000,000
- Max term: 5 years
- Drawdown: Single and multiple tranches offered
- Repayment: Interest only and repayment offered
- Max LTV: 70%
