Between Friday 31 January and Sunday 2 February 2025, our third-party provider, Barclays, was impacted by an IT system issue, affecting payments from some Secure Trust Bank Savings accounts.
You do not need to do anything. Funds from your requested withdrawal or closure on 31 January 2025 will be paid into your Nominated Account by close of business, 3 February 2025.

For Access Accounts and Notice Accounts, you can make additional payments into your Account at any time. You must meet the minimum subsequent deposit amount outlined in your Terms and Conditions.
For Fixed Rate Bonds and Cash ISAs, you can make as many payments as you like within 30 days of the account opening. Payments received after this date will not be accepted.
