Between Friday 31 January and Sunday 2 February 2025, our third-party provider, Barclays, was impacted by an IT system issue, affecting payments from some Secure Trust Bank Savings accounts.
You do not need to do anything. Funds from your requested withdrawal or closure on 31 January 2025 will be paid into your Nominated Account by close of business, 3 February 2025.

A transfer can take up to 15 working days from the date the account was opened.
We can complete most transfers electronically. However, we may contact you with a form to complete if your new or existing ISA provider only carries out manual transfers, which may take longer.
