Barclays system issue

Between Friday 31 January and Sunday 2 February 2025, our third-party provider, Barclays, was impacted by an IT system issue, affecting payments from some Secure Trust Bank Savings accounts.

You do not need to do anything. Funds from your requested withdrawal or closure on 31 January 2025 will be paid into your Nominated Account by close of business, 3 February 2025.

How do I transfer my ISA from my current provider to you?

When completing our ISA application, there is a section called 'Funding your ISA'. Please provide details of your existing ISA providers and indicate if you are transferring funds from previous tax years, the current tax year or both.

Once we have opened your ISA, we will contact your existing ISA providers to request the transfer.

Please check the Terms and Conditions of your ISA with your existing provider, as you may incur an early access charge.
