Between Friday 31 January and Sunday 2 February 2025, our third-party provider, Barclays, was impacted by an IT system issue, affecting payments from some Secure Trust Bank Savings accounts.
You do not need to do anything. Funds from your requested withdrawal or closure on 31 January 2025 will be paid into your Nominated Account by close of business, 3 February 2025.

You can deposit funds electronically from your Nominated Account, which classes as a 'subscription' or 'current tax year' funds.
You can also transfer funds from an existing ISA with another provider (these funds can be current tax year and/or previous tax year funds). You must instruct us to carry out any transfers when you apply for an ISA with us.
