We will contact you before your Account matures to let you know your options.
If you select a new maturity product, we will transfer your funds upon maturity.
If you'd like your funds paid back to your Nominated Account, you will need to send us a secure message or call us to confirm this. If you have an ISA, please consider that your funds will lose their tax-free status.
If we do not hear from you, your funds will be transferred to a Matured Funds Access Account (for Bonds) or a Matured Funds Access ISA (for ISAs).
