How do I make an internal transfer?

Log in to Internet Banking and follow the steps below:

1. Select the account you want to transfer the funds from
2. Select the 'Withdrawals/closures' tab on the left-hand side
3. Use the drop-down box to select the account you want to move the funds to
4. Complete the amount and date details
5. Select continue and complete 2 factor authentication

Internal transfers are not subject to the 2.00pm cut-off time.

Please note an internal transfer from a notice account must still serve the notice period before the funds are transferred. The transaction will show as pending until the notice period is complete.
