Secure Trust Bank Real Estate Finance (STB REF) has appointed Vince Pang as relationship director in its Reading deal origination team.
Vince has 12 years' experience in the banking sector, specialising in residential and commercial investment lending.
Prior to joining STB REF, Vince worked for Barclays Bank as a real estate relationship manager for four years, managing a portfolio of professional landlords and developers across London.
At STB REF, Vince will focus on deal origination and managing clients with debt requirements of £2m - £50m for residential property investment and development in the UK.
