Secure Trust Bank has won one of Feefo's most exclusive accolades in customer service - the Feefo Exceptional Service badge. This award is an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses which have shown particular excellence in key customer review areas. Just 32 businesses have been crowned with an Exceptional Service badge, making them truly exceptional.
The Exceptional Service badge is part of Feefo's Trusted Service Awards. Secure Trust Bank Group has also won the Gold Trusted Service Award for its Savings business and the Platinum Trusted Service Award for its Moneyway and V12 Retail Finance business.
In 2025 Feefo has presented the Exceptional Service badge to 32 businesses, which have:
- Met the criteria to win a Trusted Service Award in 2025
- Achieved the highest average review score in its industry or achieved the largest review score increase over the last 3-year period
- Achieved the highest review reply rate in its industry
- Achieved the highest review response rate in its industry
Feefo has presented Platinum Trusted Service Awards to businesses that have achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years. To receive a Gold Trusted Service Award, businesses must have collected at least 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5 between 1st January 2024 and 31st December 2024.
Feefo established the Trusted Service Awards in 2014 to recognise brands that use the platform to collect verified reviews and receive exceptional feedback from their customers. The awards are unique because they truly reflect a business's dedication to providing outstanding customer service by analysing feedback from real customers.
