Secure Trust Bank Group (STBG) has won Feefo's very exclusive accolade for customer service - the Feefo 10 Years of Excellence Award . This award is an independent seal of excellence that celebrates businesses which have shown dedication and consistence in customer service for ten years in a row.
The 10 Years of Excellence Award is a new award that goes to those businesses who have won a Feefo Trusted Service Award for ten years running, showing that they can deliver outstanding service consistently. STBG's Savings and Moneyway businesses are two of them.
STBG's Moneyway and V12 Retail Finance businesses were also awarded the Platinum Trust Service award. Its Savings business was awarded the Gold Trust Service Award.
Feefo presents Gold Trusted Service Awards to businesses that collect a minimum of 50 reviews between 1 January and 31 December 2023, with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 out of 5 or over. Feefo presents Platinum Trusted Service Awards to businesses that achieve the Gold standard for three consecutive years.
