Secure Trust Bank Group (STBG) has officially been named as one of the UK's Best Workplaces™ 2024 by Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture.
Officially announced at the prestigious Best Workplaces Awards held at London's Grosvenor House and hosted by Comedian Katherine Ryan, the company ranked 26 in the large category.
This is the sixth year running that STBG has been recognized. The Group has seen an increase in positive responses across a number of categories that colleagues were asked about including: feeling good about the way STBG contributes to the community which was rated 86% positive, how the workplace is working to reduce its environmental impact at 88% positive, and facilities contributing to a good working environment rated at 92% positive.
