Two new senior roles are helping our Debt Managers business in Rotherham realise its future growth plans. Luke Dillon joined as Commercial Director in August and Sarah Woodward started as Head of Operations in July. Luke has worked in the credit industry for over 10 years, most recently for a specialist collections consultancy (Arum), having previously worked for a debt purchaser (Arrow Global) and a technology provider (Qivox). He will be responsible for growing the client base through the provision of a range of credit management and outsourcing services. His understanding of the industry and strong network will complement the existing client services team.
Talking about his new role Luke said: "It's really exciting to be joining Debt Managers on the crest of a major growth wave. This has been facilitated by significant investment from the wider Secure Trust Bank Group that the business is part of.
"Since starting in my role, I have been very impressed with the customer-centric culture of Debt Managers which is supported by robust governance across the Group.
"I am enjoying working with both existing and new clients to provide a full range of expert and highly compliant outsourcing services. The expanding operation allows us to be more ambitious in pursuing our plans for growth."
Sarah Woodward joined Debt Managers after four years with Lowell Group. During her time at Lowell, Sarah focussed on developing collections strategies, including litigation, enforcement and Debt Collection Agency placement across the financial services, home shopping, telecommunications and utilities sectors.
Having started her career working in-branch with the Yorkshire Bank, Sarah joins the Secure Trust Bank Group with over 20 years' experience in the collections and recoveries sector.
Sarah commented: "I'm excited to join Debt Managers at a time when the business is showing such strong growth in all of its markets. My team is really open and enthusiastic and I'm looking forward to using my experience to ensure they are the best in the industry."
