Secure Trust Bank Commercial Finance (STB CF) has bolstered its team, with the appointment of Tim Smeeton as Portfolio and Structuring Director.
In his new role, Tim will be working closely with management teams and other key stakeholders to help deliver their strategic goals, utilising the Bank's broad range of asset-based lending solutions to clients across the north of England.
Tim joins from SIA Group where he was Head of Inventory Restructuring, supporting asset-based lenders, private equity, debt advisors and restructuring professionals. He brings over eight years of experience across restructuring and asset appraisals and is a Chartered Accountant.
His appointment comes at a time of continued growth for STB CF which has also recently celebrated delivering £20bn of funding to over 250 businesses across the UK since it was established ten years ago.
STB CF operates across the whole of the UK and has offices in Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester, and London. These regional offices allow it to work closely with management teams across the UK to provide tailored asset-based lending solutions.
