Dividends
At Secure Trust Bank PLC it is our policy to declare and pay dividends to our shareholders on a semi-annual basis.
The half year (interim) dividend is typically paid out to our shareholders in the month of September, while our full year (final) dividends are typically paid out in the month of May each year.
The declaration and payment of a dividend is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors and, for final dividends, subject to the approval of shareholders.
